On March 18, 2026, a meeting was held by the steering committee for the sloop of temporary and dilapidated homes in the Dong Kinh neighborhood to evaluate the progress of the ongoing housing project. This initiative is part of a broader program aimed at social housing development.

Each household is allocated 60 million VND for new construction and 30 million VND for repairs, with a total budget of 240 million VND designated for this support.

Kameraad Phung Quang Hoi emphasized the urgency for relevant authorities to coordinate the organization of a handover ceremony for families whose homes have been completed or renovated, scheduled for March 2026. This ceremony will mark a significant milestone for the affected families.
