Justin Timberlake Files Legal Motion
Justin Timberlake has filed a legal motion to block the release of his DWI arrest video, a move that comes after he accepted a plea deal in September 2024. The singer was fined $500 and is required to complete 25 hours of community service due to the incident.
Timberlake’s driver’s license was suspended after he refused to take a breathalyzer test at the time of his arrest. In his motion, he stated, “Public dissemination of this footage would cause severe and irreparable harm to (Timberlake’s) personal and professional reputation, subject (Timberlake) to public ridicule and harassment, and serve no legitimate public interest.”
